Block foundations constructed in the 1970's and early 1980's used cored blocks with hollow cylinders. Although very practical for construction. Concrete blocks allow a lot of areas for failure and water infiltration. At Thompson Crowley we can fix the moisture causing problem areas with masonry repairs, wall coating and proven sealants to stop moisture.
